We take your account security seriously and keeping this in view, we have introduced 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) on SmartReach.io.

Note: This feature is available on our Ultimate plan only

2FA is an added layer of security wrapped around your account to make sure that the person logging into your account is you and prevent any unauthorised access to your account.

The extra layer would be in the form of sending a One Time Password or OTP to your mobile number or through Google Authenticator App on Android and iOS mobile devices.

Firstly, you (only Owners) can enable this feature on your account by going to Settings --> Additional security 

On enabling this setting, all your team members on SmartReach (including you) would be logged out of your SmartReach.io account immediately.

On logging in again, you will be prompted for an additional step for enabling 2FA.

Choose to verify via your phone number or via Google Authenticator App as shown below:

Verify via Phone Number: 

Enter your phone number to receive your one time password and press verify.

Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone number and click on Login button.

If you haven't received any code, wait for 30 seconds (until the timer on the Resend button is 0 and is enabled) and press the Resend Button. You will receive a call on your number to which you will let you know the 6 digit code by voice. Enter the code in the box and click on Login button. 

Verify via Google Authenticator option:

 To verify by Google Authenticator, download Google authenticator app from the google play store or iOS App Store.

Open the app and scan the QR code. The app generates a new 6 digit code every minute. Enter this code in the box and press verify
