By default, has 3 user roles, namely Member, Admin, Owner.

Owner is the highest role that one can have on smartreach. They have access to everything and all permissions are owned by Owner. 

Admin is the next highest role that one can have on smartreach. By default an admin can have access to everything in the team account except for Managing Billing and Editing Roles and Permissions for other users. 

Members are the last role on smartreach. By default Members can only access everything in their own account. They cannot view or edit prospects, campaigns or any other things that they don't have permissions for.

Except for Owner, the permissions for other roles can be changed as per your requirement.
