Follow the instructions below in order to modify the "From Name" in Outlook, and then have it updated in SmartReach:
1. In Office 365, navigate to Admin center, then click Active users, make sure you have "Global administrator" privileges in order to introduce the changes.
Click on your user name in the Active Users list, then click on "Manage Contact Information", find the field "Display name", and update the name.
It may take upto an hour for Office 365 to apply the new settings.
Wait for an hour.
2. In SmartReach, go to Settings -> Email Accounts -> click the email address -> click Edit Email Settings -> then click on "Reconnect" at the bottom.
Once you reconnect the Office 365 account, the new name should appear in the Sender Name field in SmartReach.
